摘  要:目的探讨分化抑制因子-1(Id1)在食管鳞状细胞癌(ESCC)组织中的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组化方法检测57例ESCC、34例癌旁不典型增生组织及57例正常食管黏膜组织中Id1蛋白的表达。结果 ESCC、癌旁不典型增生组织及正常黏膜组织中Id1蛋白的阳性表达率依次降低,分别为54.4%(31/57)、20.6%(7/34)和0%(0/57),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Id1蛋白的表达均与ESCC的分化程度、浸润深度和淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。结论 Id1蛋白的表达与ESCC的发生、发展和转移密切相关,可作为ESCC的一种肿瘤标记物,联合检Id1蛋白在评估ESCC预后方面具有一定的临床价值。Objective To explore the expression of Idl protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues(ESCC) and its significance.Methods The expression of Idl protein was detected by immunohistochemistry in 57 cases of ESCC tissue,34 cases of adjacent atypical hyperplasia epithelium and 57 cases of normal esophageal epithelium.Results The expression rates of Idl protein decreased by turns in carcinoma,adjacent atypical hyperplasia epithelium and normal esophageal epithelium specimens which were 54.4%(31/57),20~6%(7/34) and 0%(0/57) respectively.There was a significant statistic difference among the groups(P〈0.05).The expression of Idl protein was closely correlated with the different differentiation levels,infiltrative depth and lymphatic metastasis in ESCC tissue(P〈0.05).Conclusion The expression of Idl protein may play an important role in the infiltration,metastasis and carcinogenesis of ESCC,and can be used as a tumor maker of ESCC.United examining Idl protein has some clinical value in assessing the prognosis of ESCC.
