激光治疗中心性浆液性视网膜脉络膜病变临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察激光治疗中心性浆液性视网膜脉络膜病变(中浆)的临床效果。方法对中浆患者278例282眼使用氩绿色激光行光凝治疗。结果 282眼中治愈253眼,好转23眼,无效6眼,总有效率97.9%。治疗前后视力比较有明显差异。结论激光治疗中心性浆液性视网膜脉络膜病安全、有效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of laser treatment for central serous chorioretinopathy.Methods In the study,278 patients（282 eyes） with central serous chorioretinopathy were treated with argon green laser photocoagulation.Results 253 eyes were healed,23 eyes were improved,6 eyes were invalid.The total effective rate was 97.9%.After treatment,the eyesight increased obviously.Conclusion Laser therapy to central serous chorioretinopathy is safe and effective.
