摘 要:设计一套焊接送丝调速系统,以89c55单片机为核心,利用PWM脉宽调制技术实现焊接送丝调速.系统输出使用专用集成芯片IR2101驱动功率MOSFEL管,采用电磁式测速传感器反馈电机送丝速度,并与上位机采用RS-485接口进行连接,使用Modbus协议通信,调速系统在仿真软件Proteus中仿真通过.仿真结果表明:与传统送丝控制系统相比,此送丝系统结构简单,控制精度高,动态响应速度快,输出稳定,接口和通信协议的通用性高.A set of speed control system was designed for welding wire feeding 89c55 as its core. In this system the speed regulation was realized by using a monolithic computer and pulse width modulation (PWM) technology. A special integrated chip IR2101 was used for the system output to drive the power MOSFEL tube and the feedback of motor wire feed speed was implemented with electromagnetic speed sensor, and this system was connected with upper monitor with RS-485 interface and communicate with host computer by using Modbus protocol. The speed control system was simulated by using the simulation software Proteus and the simulation result showed that it had a simple structure, high control accuracy, fast dynamic response, stable output and high interface generality when compared with traditional wire control systems.
