研发与制造界面整合影响因素研究

摘　　要：本文主要研究我国高技术企业新产品开发过程中研发与制造的界面整合问题。作者借助于统计软件包SPSS17.0,对国内7个城市40家大型高技术企业调查问卷进行了实证的研究。研究结果表明:研发与制造部门的五项界面整合因子都能显著影响高技术企业的新产品开发绩效,影响企业的技术创新能力。企业必须具备高质量的内部界面,才能应对不断变化的环境。This paper focuses on the issue of integrating the interface between research and development during the process of new products development of our country＇s high-tech enterprises.With the help of statistics tool SPSS17.0,the author conducted empirical study on the questionnaire of forty large-scale enterprises in seven large cities at home.The results indicated that five-dimension interface integrating factors of research and development can affect the performance of new product development of high-tech enterprises,and technical innovation capacity.Therefore,the enterprises must have high quality internal interface so as to deal with the constant changing environment.
