摘　　要：论文对联网高速公路偷逃通行费现象进行了深入的分析与研究,重点研究了相关数据挖掘算法,在此基础上,利用收费记录中特征字段和偷逃通行费现象之间的关联,分析并设计了用于辅助收费稽查的模型,并使用数据挖掘工具Weka实现了对所设计模型的建模与模型应用。模型应用的结果证明预测精度高,对于变档、换卡、出入口车牌不符、U型车等偷逃通行费行为有很高的稽查性能。This paper conducted a comprehensive analysis and research for the toll evasion phenomenon and focused on data mining,On this basis,the paper designed a audit model by make use of the association between toll record and toll evasion phenomenon. It realized the design and application of the founded model by use of data mining tool Weka. The model of this paper has higher prediction accuracy.For the changing category, changing card, license does not match, U route and other behavior of toll evasion, the model has a good audit performance.
