摘 要:为了进一步明确丽江烟区烟叶质量特征,合理科学使用烟叶提供理论依据,对2009~2010年丽江4县1区生产的云烟87、云烟85和云烟97等3个主栽品种的优质烟叶致香物质含量进行了分析。结果表明:(1)在检的75种致香物质中,新植二烯含量最高,为427.19μg/g,占73.82%;醛酮类共39种,51.68μg/g,占8.93%;醇类9种,49.75μg/g,占8.60%;酯类及内酯类7种,15.58μg/g,占2.69%;酸类4种,21.77μg/g,占3.67%;酚类3种,1.87μg/g,占0.32%;氮杂环类9种,2.00μg/g,占0.35%;芳香烃类3种,8.83μg/g,占1.53%。(2)3个主栽品种中,云烟87致香物质含量最高,为638.30μg/g,其次是云烟97,为535.09μg/g,最低是云烟85,为510.00μg/g。烟叶致香物质含量高原平坝区最高,湿润河谷区最低,分别为659.55μg/g,533.25μg/g,3个生态区变异系数分别为0.20,0.18,0.11。(3)致香物质随海拔的升高没有太明显的变化规律,含量集中在500~650μg/g范围内。(4)丽江烟区烟叶总糖、还原糖含量较高,烟碱、钾含量较适宜,氯含量偏低,各类致香物质间均存在正相关关系,但与化学成分相关性不大。In order to further clarify the quality characteristics of tobacco leaves of Lijiang , provide theoretical basis for their scientific and reasonable use, aroma materials content of high quality tobacco leaves of the three main cultivars, Yunyan 87, Yunyan 85, Yunyan 97, which produced in four counties and one district of Lijiang in 2009 - 2010 were analyzed. The results showed : ( 1 ) The content of neophytadiene was the highest in 75 species detected aroma materials, being 427.19 μg/g, accounting for 73.82% ; there were 39 species aldehydes and ketones, being 51.68 μg/g, accounting for 8.93%;9 species alcohols, being 49.75 μg/g, accounting for 8.60%; 7 species esters and lactones, being 15.58 μg/g, accounting for 2. 69% ; 4 species acids, being 21.77 μg/g, accounting for 3.67% ; 3 species phenolics, being 1.87 μg/g, accounting for 0. 32% ; 9 species heterocyclics, being 2. 00 μg/g, accounting for 0. 35% ; 3 species aromatic hydrocarbons, being 8.83 μg/g, accounting for 1.53%. (2) Yunyan 87 had the highest aroma materials content in the three main cultivars, being 638.30 μg/g followed by Yunyan 97, was 535.09 μg/g, the lowest Yunyan 85, was 510. 00 μg/g. Aroma component content of tobacco leaves in plateau valley was highest, and moist river valley was lowest, being 659.55μg/g and 533.25 μg/g, respectively, coefficient of variation of these three ecotypes were 0. 20, 0. 18 and 0. 11, respectively. (3) variation rules of aroma materials were not obvious with elevation increased with the range of 500 - 650 μg/g. (4) total sugar and reducing sugar content of tobacco leaves in Lijiang were high, nicotine and potassium content were appropriate, chloride content was low, positive correlations were existed between all kinds of aroma materials, while not obviously associated with the chemical composition.
