摘  要:目的探讨阿托伐他汀与脑超声波治疗对缺血性脑血管病(ICVD)颈动脉血管狭窄及颈动脉血管斑块形成的干预治疗效果。方法将阿托伐他汀与脑超声波治疗设为研究组,即:口服他汀类药物20 mg每日1次,同时常规给予脑超声波(SUT-800型,超声输出频率800 kHz,声强0.75~1.25 W/cm2)治疗每日一次,每次30 min,10 d一个疗程,间隔1周再进行第2个疗程6,个月后巩固治疗一次1,2个月观察疗效;单纯口服阿托伐他汀治疗为他汀组,即:仅口服阿托伐他汀20 mg每日一次1,2个月后观察疗效;对照组,即:普通常规治疗,不用阿托伐他汀与脑超声波治疗。分析3个组治疗脂肪斑块效果。结果 3个组干预脂肪斑块差异显著,即研究组与他汀组,他汀组与对照组对照比较,研究组对脂肪斑块的干预效果显著高于他汀组,他汀组高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论阿托伐他汀与脑超声波治疗能明显消融或减少颈动脉脂肪斑块,控制血管狭窄,预防ICVD的发生。Objective To explore the effect of atorvastatin and cerebral ultrasonic treatment on carotid stenosis and fatty plaque caused by ischemic cerebrovascular disease(ICVD).Methods A test group of atorvastatin and brain ultrasound was set up and orally given: 20 mg statins every day.At the same time brain conventional ultrasonic SUT-800 type was used with the output frequency of 800 kHz,sound intensity of 0.75-1.25 W/cm2 30 minutes a day.A course lasted ten days.One week later the second course started and was repeated after 6 months,followed by clinical observation of 12 months.Then the effect of treatment of fatty plaques was compared between the three groups.Results The results of intervention were significantly different in fatty plaque between test group and the statin group.When statin group was compared with control group,the intervention was more effective in test group than statin group and control group(P0.01).Conclusion Atorvastatin and cerebral ultrasound ablation therapy can significantly reduce the fatty plaques in carotid artery,control vascular stenosis,and prevent ICVD.
