摘　　要：为充分利用本企业及其竞争对手产品的竞争性评价,提出了基于竞争评价的自相关强度估计方法。引入合成的综合作用评价概念,并对合成的综合作用评价进行了定性和定量分析;根据这些竞争性评价,基于离差最小化的原理,建立了相应于每项工程特性的优化模型,通过拉格朗日函数的构造来求解这些优化模型,以确定相应于该项工程特性与其他各项的自相关强度的相对大小;引入了工程特性之间的自相关关系类型的影响因子概念和相应于每项工程特性的自相关关系的强度限值概念;根据自相关强度的相对大小、自相关关系类型的影响因子和相应于每项工程特性的自相关强度的强度限值,提出了估计各项工程特性之间自相关强度的计算公式。以全自动洗碗机为例,验证了所提方法的有效性。To make full use of the competitive evaluations of products manufactured by a corporation and its competitors,an integrated approach for estimating the correlation measures based on competitive evaluations was proposed.In this approach,the concept of integrated comprehensive function evaluation was introduced,and integrated comprehensive function evaluation was analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively.According to these competitive evaluations,an optimization model corresponding to each Engineering Characteristic（EC） was set up by using principle of minimum deviation,and was resolved by using Lagrange function for determining the the correlation measures＇s relative size of this EC on the other Engineering Characteristics（ECs）.A concept of the category influencing factor of a correlation and a concept of the threshold of the correlation measures of an EC on the other ECs were introduced.Based on the relative size of correlation measure,the category influencing factor of the corresponding correlation,and the threshold of the corresponding correlation measures,calculation formula for correlation measures among ECs was put forward.A case study of an automatic dishwasher was provided to verify the effectiveness of proposed method.
