摘  要:利用生物信息学软件,对表达序列标签(EST)序列进行单核苷酸多态性(SNP)开发目前已较为普遍,其方法简单实用,且软件数量较多,可分为需要测序峰图的SNP开发软件和不需要测序峰图的SNP开发软件。对有测序峰图的序列进行SNP开发,操作步骤较少且结果较为精确;对无测序峰图的序列进行SNP开发可大批量操作且成本较低。本文针对这两类软件进行分析比较,阐述EST-SNP开发流程,重点分析以公共数据库中EST序列为基础的SNP开发过程,并对其各种使用参数加以说明,旨在为EST-SNP开发提供参考,提高效率。In recent years, the development of SNP markers from EST sequences employing the biointbrmatics softwares is the method commonly used and it is simple and efficient. Numerous softwares are available at present, and they could be classified into two types: one relies on the sequencing peak figures, and the other doesn't. The procedures involved are fewer and the results are more accurate when the sequencing peak figures were used. However, the method without sequencing peak figures is cost-saving and has the capacity of dealing with large-scale data. In this paper, the two types of softwares were analyzed and compared and the EST-SNP development process was also discussed, SNP development process based on the EST sequences from public databases and the parameters in the SNP development process were comprehensively described. The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for EST-SNP developonent and improved the efficiency in EST-SNP development process.
