摘 要:目的探讨初中生自尊发展与人际素质的关系。方法采用自尊量表和初中生心理健康人际素质的量表,分别对初中3个年级的学生进行了调查。结果①不同年级的初中生自尊发展存在差异(F=5.47,P=0.005);不同性别的初中生自尊发展没有显著差异;②不同年级的初中生在人际素质上没有显著差异;不同性别的初中生在人际素质上差异显著(t=-2.08,P=0.038),女生得分高于男生;③自尊总分与人际素质总分呈显著正相关(r=0.71,P=0.00);自尊总分与人际交往(r=0.43,P=0.00)和人际调控呈(r=0.23,P=0.00)显著正相关,自尊总分与人际知觉相关不显著;自尊各个维度与人际素质各个维度均呈显著正相关。结论初中生自尊发展与人际素质具有密切相关。Objective To explore the relationship between self-esteem development and interpersonal quality for junior high school students. Methods Adopting the self-respect scale and scale of the interpersonal quality of junior school student's psychological health,survey the students of three grades junior middle school separately. Results①The self-respect development for the junior school student of different grade had significant differences (F = 5.47,P = 0. 005 ) ;There was no significant gender difference for the self-respect development of junior high school students ②There was no significant difference in professional for the interpersonal quality of junior high school students There was significant gender difference in interpersonal quality for junior high school students (t =-2.08, P = 0. 038) ;③Self-respect total score were significantly positive correlation with interpersonal quality (r = 0.71, P = 0.00),interpersonal regulation (r = 0.43, P = 0.00) and control (r = 0.23, P = 0.00), the total score of self-respect was not cor related with interpersonal perception. Various dimensions of self-esteem were significantly correlated with interpersonal quality in all dimensions. Conclusion The self-esteem development and the interpersonal quality for junior high school students influence each other.
