碘酊硬化治疗舌前腺囊肿

摘　　要：目的:探讨体积分数为2%碘酊硬化治疗舌前腺囊肿的方法。方法:将90例舌前腺囊肿患者随机分为A、B、C 3组,A组切除囊肿及周围腺泡;B组切除囊肿和患侧舌前腺;C组囊肿内及其周围深面达肌层注射体积分数为2%碘酊,对照分析3组的临床治疗效果。结果:A组与B、C 2组间复发率比较,有统计学差异(P<0.01),B组与C组间比较(P>0.05)无统计学差异。结论:采用体积分数为2%碘酊注射硬化治疗舌前腺囊肿将引起囊肿的腺泡硬化,是降低治疗后复发率的关键。Objective： To investigate the more effective and easier method for mucocele of the glands of Blandin-Nuhn.Methods： 90 patients were randomly divided into three groups,namely group A,group B and group C.Patients of group A were removed the cyst and the surrounding aciner;group B were removed the cyst and the ipsilateral gland;group C were injected 2% iodine to the cyst and the surrounding aciner even to the muscle.The effective of three groups were analyzed.Results： There exited statistically significant difference（P0.01） between group A and group B,C in the recurrent rate.It was no significant difference（P0.05） between group B and C.Conclusion： The key factor to decrease the recurrent rate is to make mucocele of the glands of Blandin-Nuhn sclerosis by 2% iodine.
