薏苡仁提取液静脉注射对脑缺血大鼠存活率、存活时间及脑水肿影响的实验研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察薏苡仁提取液静脉注射对大脑中动脉栓塞(MCAO)大鼠局灶性脑缺血损伤后存活率、存活时间及脑水肿的影响。[方法]选用雄性SD大鼠,随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组和薏苡仁提取液静脉注射组。用Longa法建立大脑中动脉栓塞模型后分别进行不同的干预,测定48 h后各组大鼠的脑含水量和脑系数,同时统计各组大鼠的存活率及存活时间。[结果]薏苡仁提取液静脉注射后,大鼠48 h内的存活时间延长,病变侧的脑含水量、脑系数降低。[结论]薏苡仁有提高脑缺血大鼠48 h存活率的趋势,可延长脑缺血大鼠48 h存活时间,对缺血性脑水肿有一定的改善作用。[Objective] To observe the influences of Semen Coicis （Yiyiren） on the survival rate, survival time and brain edema in rats with experimental cerebral ischemia. [Methods] Healthy male SD rats were selected, and then were randomly divided into the normal group, sham operation group, model group and Semen Coieis （Yiyiren） group. Middle cerebral artery occlusion （MCA0） models were established according to Longa method. The brains were taken at 48 hours after establishing the model, and the brain water content and brain coefficient were measured. The survival rate of rats in each group and the survival time of the dead rats were calculated. [Results] After intravenous injection of Semen Coicis （Yiyiren） of extracted solution, the survival time of rats that died within 48 hours after cerebral ischemia was prolonged, the brain water content and coefficient value weren reduced. [Conclusion] Semen Coieis （Yiyiren） has the tendency of promoting the survival rate of rats after cerebral ischemia in 48 hours, has certain effect of prolonging the survival time of rats that died within 48 hours after cerebral ischemia, and has certain improving function on isehemic brain edema.
