摘　　要："十一五"的五年,在国家和省的大力帮助和支持下,贵州民族地区经济社会发展取得了巨大的成绩,但在全面建设小康社会的进程中民族地区的发展是全省的重中之重,存在许多自身难以解决的困难和问题。"十二五"时期贵州民族地区必须要在国家和省的大力帮助和支持下,理清发展思路,明确发展重点,采取更加得力的措施,切实加快发展。During the national eleventh five-year plan period,the economic and social development of guizhou minorities areas made great achievements by the plenty helping and supporting of the country and province.But the development of guizhou minorities areas was the province＇s top priority in process of comprehensively constructing well-off society.There were many difficulties and problems difficult to solve by themselves.The minorities areas of guizhou should clear the thought of development,made clear the development focuses,adopt more effective measures to effectively to accelerate development by the plenty helping and supporting of the country and province during the national twelfth five-year plan period.
