依达拉奉对成人全面惊厥癫痫持续状态后认知功能保护作用的观察

摘　　要：目的探讨依达拉奉对成人全面惊厥癫痫持续状态后认知功能的保护作用。方法回顾性分析2006年5月至2011年6月期间如皋市人民医院神经内科收治全面发作型癫痫持续状态80例患者的临床资料。结果发病前三组人员MoCA评分无统计学意义,发病后观察组和对照组患者14d和30d MoCA评分均有下降,14d时MoCA评分异常例数两组间无显著差异,但对照组下降程度更明显,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。30d时MoCA评分异常例数观察组明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉应用于癫痫治疗安全性较好,对成人全面惊厥癫痫持续状态后认知功能保护作用有积极的临床意义。Objective To explore the effect of edaravone on cognitive function of adult full status epilepticus seizures.Methods A retrospective analysis of May 2006 to June 2011 admitted to our department during the full-blown type epilepticus in 80 patients with clinical data.Results The incidence of three team MoCA score was not statistically significant,after the onset of the observation group and control group patients on 14 and 30 days MoCA score had dropped,on 14 days the number of cases abnormal MoCA score was no significant difference between the two groups,but the control group drop more obvious,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.30 days,the number of cases observed abnormal MoCA score was significantly less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The treatment of epilepsy by edaravone has good security,to overall seizures of adult status epilepticus protective effect of cognitive function have a positive clinical significance.
