口服艾易舒注射液治疗老年膀胱癌临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察口服艾易舒注射液治疗老年膀胱癌的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取我院2006年7月-2008年7月确诊为膀胱癌老年患者共80例,手术包括经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切或激光切除、膀胱全切或部分切除术。艾易舒注射液口服100ml,每日1次,连用3月。分为4组,A组为手术加口服艾易舒注射液3月,B组为术后未口服艾易舒注射液;C组为未接受手术治疗而只口服艾易舒注射液3月;D组只做一般保守治疗。结果:A组与B组的近期疗效无显著差异,但A组患者生活质量、症状缓解率均高于B组。C组患者带瘤存活时间、生活质量、症状缓解率均高于D组。结论:老年膀胱癌患者应用艾易舒注射液能够有效缓解症状,提高生活质量及带瘤生存期,且未见不良反应。Objective：To observe the effect and safety of oral Aiyishu injection in the older patients with bladder cancer.Methods： Total of 80 older patients with bladder cancer were selected from our hospital in the division of urology from July 2006 to July 2008.Operation including transurethral resection bladder tumer or laser therapy,radical cystecytomy or partial cystecyomy.Oral Aiyishu injection,100 ml,one time every day for three months.All the patients were divided into A,B,C and D group.Patients in group A received the treatment of surgical operation and oral Aiyishu injection.Patients in group B received the treatment of operation and nor oral Aiyishu injection.Patients in Group C did not received the treatment of operation but with Aiyishu injection by oral.Patients in Group D received the treatment of other method.Results： There was no significant difference in objective effect in short term between group A and B.But the QOL,weight and remission rate of symptomein in group A were obvious higher than group B.The QOL,living time and remission rate of symptomein in group C were obvious higher than group D.Conclusion： Oral Aiyishu injection can improve patients ＇s quality of life,raise their weight and relief the symptoms.
