摘  要:非扫描激光雷达是激光雷达的研究热点,但能够获得距离信息的阵列探测器尚不成熟,导致非扫描激光雷达仍处于实验室阶段,限制了非扫描激光雷达的应用。现有的距离选通激光雷达成像速度慢,影响了系统的应用。基于积分型阵列探测器ICCD,设计了一种改进的距离选通3D成像激光雷达系统,实现了非扫描快速3D成像功能,并在理论和实验上对系统的性能进行了研究。实验获得的距离精度与理论结果完全吻合,距离成像精度可达0.1 m。该系统在目标探测与识别、机器人视觉、建筑物快速3D建模等方面具有广泛应用。Despite of being the hot-spot of laser radar research,scannerless laser radars are still in the stage of experimental research and limited in application,due to the immaturity of array detectors which are used to obtain range information.The imaging speed of existing range gated lidar is too low that restricts the application of system.This paper proposes an improved range gated 3D imaging lidar system based on integral array detector ICCD,with rapid scannerless 3D image function.The system performances match both experimentally and theoretically.Experimental results show that the system range accuracy,up to 0.1 m,coincides with theoretical analysis.The proposed system promises a sound application prospect in distinguished fields including target detection and recognition,robotic vision and fast 3D modeling of architectures.
