摘 要:针对长航时、远航程的飞行器中景象匹配导航系统对光学成像传感器的需求,提出并设计了一种以板式行波超声电机作为驱动源的旋转型变倍机构,将其应用到图像匹配中,软、硬件结合,能明显提高导航系统的精确性、实时性和鲁棒性.机构占空比小,能耗少,可控精度高,能实时、稳定获取多幅不同分辨率的实测图像;同时,机构响应快,且负载变化不影响机构性能.实验数据证明,旋转变倍机构总质量为1.5 kg时,最快启动时间不超过0.7 ms,最快关闭时间在0.6 ms以内,能满足景象匹配导航系统的要求.To meet requirements that a scene matching navigation system in vehicles of long flying time and range demands an optical imaging sensor,this paper proposes and designs a rotating varifocal mechanism using a plate traveling-wave ultrasonic motor as its driven motor.The mechanism,which is applied in an image matching system,and software and hardware combination,can obviously improve the accuracy,real-time and robust demands of the navigation system.With small room occupation,less energy loss,and high control precision,this mechanism can stably obtain various resolution images in real time.Moreover,the rotating varifocal mechanism driven by the plate traveling-wave ultrasonic motor is quick response,and the variation in loads does not affect its performance parameter.Experiment suggests that the shortest starting is less than 0.7 ms,and the shortest shutoff is less than 0.6 ms when the weight of the mechanism is 1.5 kg.The requirements of the scene matching navigation system can be met.
