昆藻调脂胶囊对不同证型脂肪肝的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察昆藻调脂胶囊对不同证型脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法:将128例病例按中医辨证分为痰湿瘀阻组、肝郁脾虚组、肝肾不足组、湿热内蕴组四组,每组(各32例)均服昆藻调脂胶囊,疗程均为3个月。服药前后均空腹查肝功能、血脂、肝脏B超常规探查。结果:昆藻调脂胶囊对四组均有改善肝功能、改善脂肪肝B超影像、降低血脂等作用,其中疗效以痰湿瘀阻组为最佳(P<0.01)。结论:昆藻调脂胶囊治疗不同证型的脂肪肝均有效,对痰湿瘀阻组疗效更优于其他证型组。Objective：To observe the effect of Kunzao Tiaozhi Capsule （KTC） on different Syndrome of fatty liver. Methods：Divided 128 fatty liver cases into four groups：Phlegm-Dampness Stagnation group（32 cases）, hepatic stagnation causing splenic deficiency group（32 cases） , hepatic and renal yin deficiency group（32 cases）, endoretention of damp heat group （32 cases）. All the ca-es were treaed with Kunzao Tiaozhi Capsule＇s for 3 months. Compare the results of liver function,blood lipids and liver ultrasound before and after medication. Results ： Liver function tests, blood lipid levels and the liver ultrasound image results of the four groups were improved, but Phlegm-Dampness Stagnation group were improved the most （P〈0.01）. Conclusioll： Kunzao Tiaozhi Capsule is effective in treating different Syndrome of fatty liver and the capsule could be more effective to Phlegm-Dampness Stagnation Syndrome of fatty liver than the other Syndromes.
