摘　　要：目的:探讨临床合并症对老年上消化道出血预后的影响。方法:观察同期因上消化道出血在我院住院的218例老年患者,回顾性分析其临床合并症与预后的关系。结果:多种临床合并症(心血管疾病、呼吸道疾病、肾功能不全、休克等)使老年上消化道出血患者死亡率增加。结论:临床合并症对老年上消化道出血患者的预后有明显的不良影响。Objective：To explore the affect of clinical complications and severity on prognosis of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in the elderly patients. Methods： To statistically analyze and review 218 cases of the clinical complications of upper gastrointestinal bleeding elderly patients in our hospital at a certain period. Results： Many clinical complications （Cardiovascular disease, respiratory diseases, renal insufficiency, and shock, et al） increase mortality in elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Conclusion ： The severe clinical complications adversely affect the prognosis of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in the elderly patients.
