校企合作订单培养模式浅析

摘　　要：随着社会的进步与发展,社会要求学校不应该总是用统一的模式培养人才,这就为教育体制的改革提出了新的课题。目前,一些具有实力的企业为了得到合适自己企业的工作人员,也希望能与学校联合培养定制人才,所以就出现了"订单培养"模式。本文分析了"订单培养"模式的特点与早期运作中出现的问题,并提出了解决实际培养中存在问题的办法。With the social progress and development,society requires schools cultivate talents using various model,which raises new issues for the reform of educational mechanism.At present,for finding proper talents,some enterprise combines with schools to cultivate talents,so the order-based cultivating mode emerged.The article analyzes the features of the mode,and the problems in running it.At last,the paper puts the solutions to the problems.
