摘  要:目的探讨平衡针对大鼠下肢痛镇痛作用规律及机制,为临床上平衡针治疗各种痛症提供可靠的实验依据。方法将48只SD健康雄性大鼠按随机数字表分为治疗组28只和对照组20只。对照组采用空白对照,治疗组采用热刺痛仪使大鼠后肢足底部致痛,观察平衡针刺"踝痛穴"的不同时段大鼠耐痛阈以及下丘脑和血清-EP、5-HT、Ach含量的变化。结果治疗组治疗后血清中-EP和Ach含量、下丘脑中5-HT含量及耐痛阈明显提高,下丘脑中-EP含量明显降低,与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论平衡针可以激活机体内源性镇痛系统的功能,通过中枢和外周的全身性广泛的调节,发挥快速和持续性镇痛效应。Objective To discuss the action mechanism of balance acupuncture for analgesia in rat lower limbs, and to provide evidence to the clinical application of balance acupuncture for various pain disorders. Method Forty-eight male SD rats were randomized into a treatment group (n=28) and a control group (n=20) according to the random number table. The control group was as blank control, while the rats in the treatment group were stimulated by thermo-stimulator to cause pain in the hind paw of the rats. The rats were intervened by needling the Huaitong acupoint by balance acupuncture, and the pain threshold at different times, as well as the content of β-EP, 5-HT, Ach in hypothalamus and serum were observed. Result After treatment, the content of serum β-EP and Aeh, 5-HT in hypothalamus, and the pain threshold were significantly elevated, while the content of β-EP in hypothalamus was significantly lower, which were significantly different from that in the control group (P〈0.01,P〈0.05). Conclusion Balance acupuncture can activate the endogenous analgesia system, and works swiftly and persistently through both central and peripheral regulation.
