摘  要:目的探讨多药耐药相关蛋白(multi-drug resistance-associated protein,MRP)基因在宫颈癌组织中的表达情况及临床意义。方法采用RT-PCR技术检测47份宫颈癌组织和12份正常宫颈组织中MRP基因mRNA的表达情况。结果正常宫颈组织中MRP mRNA的表达为0.20±0.11,宫颈癌组织中为0.51±0.28,宫颈癌组织MRP基因表达高于正常宫颈组织(t=6.04,P<0.01)。MRP表达在肿瘤直径、有无淋巴转移、不同肿瘤分化程度、组织学分型及不同临床分期上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MRP基因可能参与宫颈癌原发性耐药的产生,检测其表达对制订治疗方案有一定价值。Objective To investigate the expression and evaluate the clinical significance of multi-drug resistance-associated protein in cervical cancer and normal tissue.Methods The expression of multi-drug resistance-associated protein was detected with reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction in 47 cases of cervical cancer and 12 cases of normal tissue.Results The expression level of multi-drug resistance-associated protein mRNA was significantly higher in cervical cancer tissues(0.51±0.28) than that in normal tissues(0.20±0.11)(t=6.04,P0.01).The expression of multi-drug resistance-associated protein was not significantly different between patients with and without lymph node metastasis,in patients with different diameters,and with different tumor differentiation degrees and histological types(P0.05).Conclusion Multi-drug resistance-associated protein mRNA expression may be correlated with intrinsic resistant mechanism in cervical cancer,and the detection of multi-drug resistance-associated protein expression may play a role in making an efficient clinical treatment plan.
