摘 要:目的探讨脉搏血氧测定法检测牙髓血氧饱和度的可行性。方法采用Nellcor OxiMax N560脉搏血氧仪加分离探头,测定100名年龄12~18岁体检牙齿健康者恒上颌中切牙、上颌侧切牙及上颌尖牙和食指的血氧饱和度,并进行统计分析。结果食指血氧饱和度为(98.59±1.06)%,健康上颌前牙血氧饱和度为(84.18±2.26)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05));上颌中切牙、侧切牙和尖牙的血氧饱和度水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);牙齿血氧饱和度水平与食指血氧饱和度水平无相关性(P>0.05)。结论脉搏血氧测定法检测牙髓血氧饱和度可用于判定牙齿的牙髓活力状况。Objective To discuss the feasibility of detecting pulp blood oxygen saturation with pulse oximetry.Methods Oxyhemographes(Nellcor OxiMax N560) with separate probes was used to detect blood oxygen saturation in 200 normal maxillary central incisors,200 lateral incisors,200 canine teeth and the index fingers in 100 volunteers with no teeth disease aged from 12 to 18 years.Data were analyzed statistically.Results The mean blood oxygen saturation value in the index fingers was(98.59±1.06)% in healthy population and(84.18±2.26)% in normal maxillary anterior teeth,which showed a significant difference(P0.01).There was no significant difference in the oxygen levels in the three teeth groups(P0.05).Blood oxygen saturation in index finger was not correlated with that in the teeth(P0.05).Conclusion The determination method of blood oxygen saturation can be used to test pulp vitality.
