摘 要:目的比较3种复合树脂桩核材料与纤维桩在冷热循环处理后的微拉伸结合强度。方法 12个TENAX纤维桩随机分为3组,分别用成核树脂材料ParaCore、AP-X和Beautifil Flow制作桩核样本,将制备好的样本切割成截面为1 mm×1 mm的条状试件,每组试件冷热循环处理后进行微拉伸强度的测试。结果 ParaCore组的微拉伸结合强度为(13.28±2.94)MPa显著高于AP-X组的(10.31±3.83)MPa(P<0.05),Beautifil Flow组为(12.13±1.99)MPa,与AP-X组、ParaCore组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组试件不同破坏类型比率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ParaCore专用成核树脂和Beautifil Flow流动树脂是玻璃纤维桩成核的良好材料。Objective To evaluate the microtensile bond strength of three resin core materials to glass fiber posts after thermocycling. Methods 12 TENAX fiber posts were randomly divided into three groups according to the different composite resin core materials used:ParaCore, AP-X, Beautifil Flow. The fiber posts were then luted with a corresponding composite resin to make the core-built up specimens. 1 mm×1mm sticks were got from the specimen for microtensile bone strength testing after thermocycling. Results The uTBS of ParaCore with fiber posts was significantly higher than that of AP-X(P 〈 0.05 ). There was no significant difference in microtensile bond strength between Beautifil Flow and the other two groups (P 〉 0.05 ). The failure modes of three specimens were significantly different (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Both ParaCore and Beautifil Flow are advisable core built-up materials.
