摘 要:目的:优化桑黄多酚的超声提取工艺。方法:以乙醇浓度、超声时间、超声温度和料液比为考察因素,以桑黄总多酚提取率为评价指标,采用单因素试验和正交试验优选提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度60%,超声时间30 min,超声温度50℃,料液比1∶25。在此条件下,桑黄总多酚提取率可达26.4 mg·g-1。结论:采用超声辅助提取桑黄多酚,时间短、得率高,是一种高效、快捷的方法。OBJECTIVE: To optimize ultrasonic extraction technology of polyphenols from Phellinus igniarius. METHODS: The extraction process was optimized by single element test and orthogonal test with the extraction rate of polyphenols as the index using the ethanol concentration, extraction temperature, extraction time and liquid-material ratio as factors. RESULTS: The opti- mum extraction conditions were as follows: ethanol concentration 60%, extraction time 30 rain, extraction temperature 50 ~C and liquid-material ratio of I :25. Under these conditions, the maximal yield of total polyphenols reached 26.4 mg-g^-1. CONCLUSION: Ultrasound extraction technology, spending less time and obtaining high yield, is an effective and rapid method for extracting poly- phenols from P. igniarius.
