摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌患者治疗期间下肢深静脉血栓形成的发生及其临床诊治。方法回顾性分析我院2007年1月至2011年1月收治的2 000余例乳腺癌患者中下肢深静脉血栓形成的发生及其临床诊治情况。结果 2 000余例收治的乳腺癌患者中有5例在手术治疗后9～47 d(平均18.4 d)出现下肢深静脉血栓形成,发生率约为0.25%。结论乳腺癌患者治疗期间可出现下肢深静脉血栓形成,应加强预防,同时注意观察患者相应的症状和体征,早期发现,正确诊治,患者多能获得较好的疗效。Objective To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment for lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in patients with breast cancer during oncotherapy.Methods The diagnosis and treatment for lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in 2 000 patients with breast cancer during oncotherapy from January 2007 to January2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Lower extremity deep venous thrombosis was formed in five cases 9～47 days（18.4 days in average） after the operation,with an incidence of 0.25%.Conclusion Deep venous thrombosis may occur during the treatment period for breast cancer,therefore,prevention should be strengthened to observe the related symptoms and signs.Timely recognition and correctly treatment are helpful in getting good therapeutic effects.
