摘　　要：[目的]对周围型小细胞肺癌(SCLC)的CT表现进行分型并结合增强扫描识别周围型SCLC的CT表现。[方法]总结31例SCLC的CT表现。分析其病变部位、形态、强化方式、淋巴结肿大及其他器官受累等CT表现。[结果]依据原发灶CT表现将周围型SCLC分为3型:边缘光滑型5例,分叶肿块型21例,肺叶实变型5例。[结论]周围型SCLC可以通过CT表现分型,边缘光滑型可能是周围型SCLC的早期改变。[ Objective] To classify the types of CT findings of peripheral small cell lung cancer （SCLC） and to recognize CT findings of peripheral SCLC using chest CT combined with CE - CT. [ Methods ] Thirty - one cases, 26 men and 5 women in average age of 61.8 years old, with peripheral SCLC pathologically proven were examined by CT scan. Thirty- one cases of peripheral SCLC were retrospectively reviewed for CT characteristics including sites, numbers of involvement, morphologic feature, the pattern and degree of contrast enhancement, lymphadenopathy and involvement of other organs. [ Results] Three types of peripheral SCLC were classified by the examinations of chest CT, smooth mass （5 cases）, sub- lobe mass （21 cases） and pneumonialike （5 cases）. [ Conclusions ] CT analysis reveals 3 types of peripheral SCLC in 31 peripheral SCLC cases. The type of smooth mass may be early - stage of SCLC.
