摘　　要：目的:探讨喉癌中微管相关蛋白1轻链3(LC3)mRNA的表达及其意义。方法:RT-PCR法检测41例喉癌组织,癌旁组织及11例声带息肉组织中LC3 mRNA的表达。结果:喉癌组织中LC3 mRNA表达量明显低于癌旁及声带息肉组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:LC3基因的表达水平下调与喉癌的发生密切相关,可能在喉癌的发生、发展中起重要作用。Objective： To study the expression and significance of LC3（microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3） gene in Laryngeal carcinoma. Methods： Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction（RT-PCR） was used to detecte the expression of LC3 mRNA in 41 cases of Laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma（LSCC）,their adjacentive carcinoma tissues and 11 cases of vocal polyp. Results： The LC3 mRNA in LSCC were significantly lower than those in adjacent to carcimoma tissues and vocal polyp（P0.01）. Conclusion： The down-regulation of LC3 expression was closed correlated with LSCC.LC3 may play an important role in the carcinogenesis of LSCC.
