摘　　要：目的:建立羚羊角商品药材中水溶性蛋白质含量测定方法。方法:低温水浸渍提取,考马斯亮蓝显色,可见分光光度法测定羚羊角商品药材中水溶性蛋白质的含量。结果:样品中水溶性蛋白质的含量以牛血清蛋白计在21.6～108μg范围内具有良好线性关系,回归方程为Y=0.0075X+0.0046(r=0.9996)。结论:该方法适用于羚羊角商品药材中水溶性蛋白质的含量测定。Objective：To establish a method for the determination of water soluble proteins in Saigae Tataricae Cornu, Methods：The contents of water soluble proteins were determined through macerate extraction in low temperature water, with Bradford dying method, visible spectrophotometer. Water soluble proteins in Saigae Tataricae Cornu were extracted through maceration in low temperature water, and dyed by Bradford method, determined by visible spectrophotometer with the detection wavelength at 594nm. Results：There is a good linearity relation between the absorbency and the mass of standard proteins in the range of 21.6 108 μg（ r = 0. 9996）. Conclusion：This method is suitable for the determination of water soluble proteins in Saigae Tataricae Cornu.
