摘 要:采用高温快速干燥技术对神东矿区的煤泥进行了试验。考察了温度(380℃、400℃、420℃、440℃)和时间(5s、10s、15s、20s)对煤泥(保德、大柳塔、石圪台、布尔台煤泥)含水率的影响,并通过与普通低温(100℃左右)干燥技术的对比,分析了高温(400℃左右)快速干燥煤泥的特性。结果表明,不同煤泥在不同温度下出现最大干燥速率的时间不同,经历的预热阶段、恒速干燥阶段和降速干燥阶段的时间长短也不同;高温快速干燥可以取得与普通低温干燥相同的结果。A test for coal slime in Shendong mining area was carried out under high-temperature and rapid drying conditions.The effects of temperature(380 ℃,400 ℃,420 ℃ and 440 ℃) and drying duration(5 s,10 s,15 s and 20 s) on the moisture content of coal slime(Baode,Daliuta,Buertai,and Shigetai Mine) were studied,and the drying characteristics were analyzed through comparison between high-temperature(400 ℃ or so) rapid drying technology and ordinary low-temperature(100 ℃ or so) drying technology.The results showed that the time when the maximum drying rate of different coal slime appeared were different at different temperatures,the duration of warm-up phase,constant-rate drying phase and deceleration phase were also different.The drying results of the high-temperature and rapid drying process and ordinary low-temperature drying process were the same.
