摘 要:为探究消毒液和农药对斑马鱼的毒性与安全评价,首次选用高锰酸钾、甲醛、精碘和卡螨死四种试剂进行急性毒性试验,以24~96h半致死浓度(LC50)判断斑马鱼对四种药物的敏感性。结果表明,24、48、72、96h的LC50,高锰酸钾分别:勾1.15、1.12、1.12、1.11mg/L;甲醛为48、45、45、40mg/L;精碘分别为7.8×10^-3、5.8×10^-3、5.6×10^-3、5.3×10^-3mg/L;卡螨死分别为1.95×10^-7、1.23×10^-7、0.65×10^-7、0.62×10^-7mg/L。高锰酸钾、甲醛、精碘和卡螨死的安全质量浓度(SC)分别为1.07、11.8、0.96×10^-3和1.48×10^-6mg/L。参照我国化学物质对鱼类毒性分级标准,判定高锰酸钾对斑马鱼急性毒性为II级,甲醛为Ⅲ级,精碘和卡螨死对斑马鱼急性毒性为I级。The toxicity of disinfectants and pesticides to zebrafish (Brachydanio rerio) for the first time was investigated using four reagents standardized laboratory procedures, and the acute toxicity of potassium permanganate (KMnO4), formaldehyde, refined iodine and abamectin petroleum-oil were measured in this study. The sensitivities of zebarfish to these pesticides were determined by mediam lethal concentrations (LCs0) at the 24, 48, 72 and 96 hours, respectively. The results showed that the values of 24 h LC50 48h LC50,72 h LC50 and 96h LC50 of KMnO4 were 1.15, 1.12, 1.12 and 1.1hng/L; the values of LCso for formaldehyde were 48, 45, 45 and 40 mg/L; the values of LC50 for refined iodine were 7.8×10^-3, 5.8×10^-3, 5.6×10^-3 and 5.3×10^-3 mg/L; the values of LC50 for abamectin petroleum-oil were 1.95×10^-7, 1.23×10^-7,0.65×10^-7 and 0.62×10^-7 mg/L, respectively. The ssfe concentrations of the four pesticides were 1.07, 11.8, 0.96×10^-3and 1.48×10^-6mg/L respectively. According to the criteria for evaluating and grading toxicity of chemicals toxic to fishes in China (GB/T21281- 2007), the toxicity of the four chemicals to zebarfish should be at the grade I , II, and III toxic level, of which that KMnO4 belongs to grade II , formaldehyde belongs to grade III , refined iodine and abamectin petroleum-oil belong to grade I , respectively.
