摘 要:通过对上海地区12所不同类型高校教师和学生的问卷调查得到了四个方面的信息:大多数师生对"生评教"活动的必要性、目的或标准有较好的了解或认识;评教以网络方式为主,纸质问卷为辅;大多数学生认为"生评教"不至于影响师生关系,他们以教师授课水平为依据评教,多数教师认为"生评教"结果较为客观;大多数师生认为"生评教"对改进教学工作具有积极作用,并且教师会依据评价结果自觉改进教学。针对不同类型高校"生评教"的现状,可以得出如下建议:在网络评教的基础上,应建立集中的评教机制,以提高评教结果的客观性和准确性;学校领导应更新观念,确立学生在"生评教"中的主人翁地位;在"生评教"中建立和谐的师生关系,增强"生评教"结果的客观性。A questionnaire survey of the teachers and students from 12 universities of different types in Shanghai shows that ( 1 ) most teachers and students have a good understanding of the necessity, the purpose and the yardsticks of teaching evaluation; (2) the evaluation is mainly conducted on the net with pen-and-paper surveys as a supplementary instrument; (3) most students think their evaluation do not exert influence on their relationship with the evaluated teachers because their evaluation is based on the skills and quality of their teaching; (4) most teachers think students' evaluation is quite objective and constructive to the improvement of their instruction. In view of the actual situation of students' evaluation of teaching in universities of different types, this paper suggests that a net-based concentrated teaching evaluation mechanism and a harmonious teacher-student relationship should be established to improve objectivity of the evaluation, and that the school authorities should break away with the traditional ideas to help students establish the standing of master in the evaluation.
