摘　　要：牵引部是采煤机主要部件,如果发生故障将会影响采煤机的工作,严重影响出煤量。通过对采煤机牵引部常见故障及其原因进行分析,BP神经网络为内核,以VC++6.0作为编程平台,建立采煤机牵引部故障诊断的专家系统。利用该系统可确定采煤机牵引部的运行状态、降低故障率、提高生产率和使用寿命。The haulage system is an important part of shearer. If system is out of work, it will cause shearer stop working and affect productivity seriously. Through analysis of common fault and its reason for haulage system of shearer, BP neural network is adopted, by program platform of VC＋＋6.0, failure diagnosis for haulage system is established, making use of this system, running status of shearer is confirmed, failure rate is reduced, productivity and usage lifetime is improved.
