卵巢癌伴前哨淋巴结转移手术前后IL-6动态变化的临床意义

摘　　要：目的通过对52例卵巢癌患者手术前、后血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的动态检测,术后根据癌肿病理有、无前哨淋巴结转移情况分组,另将卵巢良性病变病例设为参考对照组进行分类,探讨血清IL-6表达与卵巢良性及恶性肿瘤间的相关性。方法采用双抗体夹心法(ELISA法)动态检测52例卵巢癌患者及45例卵巢良性病变患者手术前、后的血清IL-6值,并根据术后病理有无前哨淋巴结转移分组,逐组按其手术前、后的血清IL-6表达情况进行相关回顾性分析及对比。结果 ①实验组患者其手术前、后血清IL-6水平明显高于卵巢良性病变组(P<0.01);②回顾性分析中显示有前哨淋巴结转移患者其手术前血清中IL-6水平表达高于无前哨淋巴结转移组(P<0.05)。③两组患者术后血清中IL-6水平表达无差异性改变;④实验组患者术后血清中IL-6水平明显下降,手术前、后对比呈显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论卵巢癌患者血清IL-6检测值表达的动态变化与肿瘤是否存在前哨淋巴结转移的发生、发展呈正相关性改变。Objective Through the 52 cases ovarian cancer before and after surgery in patients with serum Interleu- kin-6 （IL-6） dynamic detection,after the author according to the pathology of cancer, Sentinel lymph node metastasis in non-group and the other case is set to reference a control group of ovarian benign lesion classification,discussion on the expression of serum IL-6 and correlation between benign and malignant tumors of the ovary. Methods Authors by double antibody sandwich method （ELISA method） dynamic detection of 52 patients with ovarian cancer and 45 cases of benign ovarian lesions in patients with anterior and posterior IL-6 value of serum, and according to non Sentinel lymph node metastasis of postoperative pathology group,group-by-expression by its anterior and posterior IL -6 retrospective analysis and comparison of the situation. Results The experimental group patients before surgery, serum IL-6 levels were significantly higher than benign ovarian lesions ; retrospective analysis showed that sentinel lymph node metastasis in patients whose preoperative serum IL-6 level was higher than non-sentinel lymph node metastasis ; two group of patients the serum levels of IL-6 was no difference change; experimental group patients serum IL-6 levels were significantly decreased before and after surgery showed a significant difference in contrast. Conclusion Detection of serum IL -6 in patients with ovarian cancer and dynamic changes of expression value of Sentinel lymph node metastases in tumor is present, the development of a positive correlation between changes.
