芒硝外敷治疗肝硬化腹腔积液患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察芒硝外敷治疗肝硬化腹腔积液患者的疗效。方法采用便利抽样法选择2010年3月至2011年8月在新疆医科大学附属中医医院肝病科治疗的60例肝硬化腹腔积液患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上采用芒硝外敷治疗,比较两组患者腹围、显效患者腹腔积液消退时间及其他症状改善情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率及显效率分别为92.1%、52 6%,而对照组患者为73.7%、26.3%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组显效患者腹腔积液消退时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者腹腔积液消退时间较短,与对照组患者相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者患者腹胀、乏力、纳差的改善时间较短,与对照组患者相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芒硝外敷能有效改善肝硬化腹腔积液患者的临床症状,促进腹腔积液消退。Objective To observe the effect of exteranl application of Mangxiao in treating liver cirrhosis ascites. Methods From March 2010 to August 2011,60 patients with liver cirrhosis ascites were selected by convenience sampling method and randomized into observational group（n=30） and control group（n= 30）. The patients in both groups underwent the routine nursing. The patients in the observational group underwent additional external application of Mangxiao. Comparisons were conducted on abdominal girth, changes of treating courses and improvements of the patients with external application of Mangxiao. Results For the observational group,the total effective rate and efficiency rate were 92.1% and 52 6% ,respectively. While the total effective rate and efficiency rate were 73.7% and 26.3% ,respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The extinction time of aseites in the observational gorup was significantly less than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The symptoms of abdominal distension,fatigue,anorexia were improved in significantly less time in the observational group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion External application of Mangxiao can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,of patients with liver cirrhosis ascites and promote the regression of ascites.
