摘 要:目的探讨以整体护理为基础的纵向教学方式在优质护理服务示范工程中应用的效果。方法将普通外科某病区2009年4月至2011年3月的120名实习护生采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各60名,对照组采用传统教学方式,研究组采用以整体护理为基础的纵向教学方式,比较两组护生的教学效果。结果 (1)研究组护生人际交往自我效能感总分及各维度得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);(2)护生综合能力:研究组护生在交际沟通能力、自主学习能力、护理评估能力、分析解决问题能力、主动服务意识、团队协作能力等7个方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);(3)在背部护理、雾化吸入、管路维护、肌内注射、抽血、静脉输液、交流谈心等7个项目上,患者对研究组护生的信任度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论在开展优质护理服务示范工程中,可以采用以整体护理为基础的纵向教学方式,对提高护生的综合能力、人际交往自我效能感以及患者信任度等均有良好的效果。Objective To explore the effect of longitudinal teaching model based on holistic nursing on the demonstating project of high quality nursing service. Methods From April 2009 to March 2011,120 practicing nursing students were randomly divided into control and experimental groups,with 60 in each group. The control group used the traditional teaching model and the experimental group used longitudinal teaching model based on holistic nursing. Comparison was conducted on the teaching effect between the two groups. Results (1)Compared with the control group,the total score of Interpersonal self-efficacy and the scores of all the dimentions were significantly higher in the experimental group(P〈0.01). (2) The practicng students in the experimental group were observed with significantly superior comprehensive capacities in the 7 aspects of analytical problem-solving skills, awareness of active service and teamwork(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). (3)The practicing students in the experimental group had significantly higher trust in the 7 aspects of Back care, inhalation, pipeline maintenance, intramuscular injection, blood, intravenous fluids and talk exchange(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion Application of longitudinal teaching model based on holistic nursing for the demonstating project of high quality nursing service plays an vital role in improving the comprehensive skills, interpersonal efficacy and patient trust in nursing students.
