摘　　要：通过对"以人为本,服务至上"的探讨,论述了人本价值在高校图书馆中所起到的重要作用,并提出了人本价值在读者服务中的重要地位,以及在读者服务中应该怎样体现以人为本的价值。In this article, by the discussion of the＂ people-oriented, service first＂, the vital role of humanism value in university library was described, and it was proposed that the effective value in serving the readers was in an important position, as well as how to embody the human-oriented value.
