摘　　要：历史文化保护区是我国历史文化遗产的重要组成部分。作为广州市首批历史文化保护区之一,小洲村拥有丰富而独特的文化意象。这些文化意象承载了广州的城市文化与历史记忆,具有重要的文化价值。在城市现代化的发展背景下,要保护好、利用好、发展好历史文化保护区,以凸显城市个性,为城市提供新的经济文化增长点。Historic and cultural reserve is an essential component element of the historic and cultural heritage in China. As one of the first historic and cultural reserves in Guangzhou, Xiaozhou village has plentiful and unique cultural images which conveys the culture and historic memory of a city.Historic reserve should be properly protected, utilized, developed, and help give prominence to the individuality of a city, and provide the city with a new economic as well as cultural growth pole.
