学前教育师资队伍现状及建设途径研究

摘　　要：学前教育是基础教育的有机组成部分,学前教育健康发展关键在于学前教育师资队伍建设.在分析当前学前教育师资队伍现状基础上,提出学前教育师资队伍建设途径,即推动学前教育立法、发挥地方政府作用、加大政府财政投入、均衡优质学前教育师资分布、重构学前教育师资培养培训体系.Pre-primary education is an important component part of elementary education. The building-up of ranks of teachers is the key factor of healthy development of pre-primary education. Based on the analysis on current situation of ranks of teachers in pre-primary education section, ways of its building-up were provided. They are： promoting legislation on pre-primary education, emphasizing governments＇ administrative functions in all levels, increasing government input, reasonably distributing quality teachers and resources of pre-primary education, and rebuilding training system of ranks of teachers in pre-primary education section.
