摘　　要：半个多世纪以来,企业社会责任一直是西方发达国家社会各界广泛关注的焦点之一。通过国外企业社会责任的相关研究成果的梳理,本文首先回顾了企业社会责任研究的演变历程,然后系统地介绍和阐述了国外企业社会责任研究的主要内容,主要包括企业社会责任的概念、企业社会责任的评价方法、企业社会责任影响因素、企业社会表现与企业绩效等方面;最后,本文根据现有研究成果提出了企业社会责任研究的整合模型,并对未来的研究进行了展望。In the past half century, corporate social responsibility （CSR） issue has caused wide public concerned. By reviewing the literature concerning foreign CSR, this paper reveals the evolution of foreign CSR research. Then, the core themes related to CSR are systematic introduced. Finally, an integration model of CSR analysis is presented and the direction of further CSR research is pointed out.
