摘　　要：在初步建立起外部空间的合法性之后,面对越来越多的"非诗"罪名的指责,早期新诗美学合法性的寻求就显得十分迫切。早期新诗的探索者们主要从诗歌翻译和创作实践两个方面去建立美学合法性,为"新诗"艺术的长久、持续发展谋求一个开阔的发展空间。After the preliminary build of the legality of the exterior space, facing more and more ＂non-poetic＂ accusations, the pursuit for aesthetic legality of new poetry becomes very urgent. The explorers in the early new poetry established the aesthetic legality mainly in the two aspects of translation and writing practice so to seek a broader space for the lasting and sustainable development of the art of ＂new poetry. ＂
