摘 要:在分析了物流能力对供应链竞争力有重要影响的前提下,通过引入物流要素能力和物流运作能力建立了一个基于物流能力的供应链竞争模型,其中,物流要素能力由要素自身的物理能力体现;物流运作能力由处理比例和运作因子体现。在给定条件下,通过投影算法对该模型进行数值求解,找到了最具竞争力的供应链及其对应的物流能力特征。进一步,通过改变处理比例、运作因子和要素物理能力,分析了每条供应链的物流能力要素之不足以及对应的提升策略。最后,通过算例探讨了各供应链实施物流能力提升策略对自身竞争力提高的影响程度。With the condition that logistics capability has prominent influence on supply chain competency,a competition model for supply chain versus supply chain based on logistics element capacity and logistics operation capability was proposed.In which,logistics element capacity is represented by the element's physical capacity,while logistics operation capability is reflected by process proportion and operation factor.With some given parameters,this model was solved by using projection method.The solution describes logistics capability' s characteristic of those supply chains who win the competition.Besides,each supply chain' s shortage of logistics capability and the corresponding promotion policy were analyzed by changing the process proportion,operation factor and the element's physical capacity.Upon these,the impact of each supply chain carrying out logistics capability promotion policy on its own competency was investigated through numerical examples.
