摘　　要：近年来,高校学生非正常伤亡事件的发生日益频繁,已成为影响高校和谐稳定和可持续发展的重要因素,本文通过对高校学生非正常伤亡事件处理中存在的问题进行分析,提出了规范事件处置各方的责任和权利、引入调解处理机制等建议。College students＇ abnormal casualties have been frequently reported in recent years, which severely affects the harmonious and sustainable development of higher learning institutions. The paper, based on its analysis of the problems in handling college students＇ abnormal casualties, puts forward the practical solutions of regulating the clear-cut duty and right as well as introducing the negotiating mechanism involvedin emergency treatment.
