摘　　要：加快发展农产品冷链物流,对于提高农产品竞争力、促进农民增收和保障食品安全,具有十分重要的意义。从冷链物流建设规模、基础设施、冷链物流技术现状、冷链物流企业、冷链物流发展环境等5个方面入手,分析了黑龙江省农产品冷链物流现状和存在的主要问题,提出了黑龙江省应重点发展肉禽冷链、果蔬冷链、水产品冷链、加工食品冷链等领域,并针对各个领域阐述了其实施的战略对策。To accelerate the development of agricultural cold chain logistics,for improving the competitiveness of agricultural products,to promote the income increase of the peasantry and to ensure food security,has the extremely vital significance.The present situation and the main problem of agricultural cold chain logistics of Heilongjiang province were analyzed from five aspects such as the scale of construction,infrastructure,the situation of cold chain logistics technology,cold chain logistics enterprises and development environment.After the situation of agricultural cold chain logistics in Heilongjiang province and its main issues were analyzed,the point that Heilongjiang province should focus on the development of poultry,fruit and vegetable,aquatic products,and processed food cold chain fields was proposed,then the strategic implementation countermeasures for above areas were described.
