摘  要:采用硅烷偶联剂对陶土进行表面改性,以吸油值作为评价指标,得出改性剂的优化改性配方;将改性后的陶土粉体填充橡胶进行填充性能试验,以硫化橡胶的300%定伸应力、断裂拉伸强度、拉断伸长率作为改性效果的评价指标,得出了陶土填料填充增强橡胶材料的优化表面改性剂配方。通过对改性前后粉体吸油值及红外光谱分析以及对填充橡胶新鲜断面的扫描电镜分析,研究了硅烷偶联剂改性陶土的效果和改性机理,以及陶土在橡胶中的填充增强机理。The pottery clay powder was surface modified with silane coupling agent, through the evaluation of oil absorption value, the optimization of modified formula single being got. Pottery clay powder modified by the optimization modified formula was filled in the rubber in order to do the reinforcing experiments. The performance data such as 300% tensile strength, tensile strength at break, elongation at break of sulfur rubber would be the modification effect evaluation index, being obtained the optimization surface modifier formula of the material of pottery clay filler filling reinforced rubber. The effect of silane coupling agent on properties of filling rubber was studied with SEM, FTIR and oil absorbability, and the mechanism of the modified clay strengthening rubber composite.
