摘  要:利用MMS-200型热模拟试验机研究了不同冷却速度对高强度结构钢组织结构的影响,用热膨胀法建立了动态条件下的连续冷却转变曲线(CCT),结果表明:冷却速度在1~2℃/s时,相变组织为多边形铁素体+少量珠光体组织;随着冷却速度的升高,珠光体逐渐消失,相变组织为多边形铁素体+少量粒状贝氏体;当冷速大于15℃/s时,相变组织主要为板条状贝氏体;大于25℃/s时,组织逐渐演变为板条马氏体。The effects of different cooling rates on structures of high-strength structural steels are studied with the MMS-200 thermal simulating tester and the continuous cooling transformation(CCT)curves with the dynamic conditions are established with the method of thermal dilation.The results show that the organizations with phase transformations are polygonal ferrite and a little pearlite organization when the cooling rate is 1~2 ℃ /s;the pearlite disappears gradually with the cooling rate increases and the organizations with phase transformations are polygonal ferrite and a little granular bainite;the organizations with phase transformations are mainly lath-shaped bainite when the cooling rate is bigger than 15 ℃ /s and they evolve to lath-shaped martensite when the cooling rate is bigger than 25 ℃ /s.
