摘 要:目的分析不同球帽附着体下颌覆盖义齿在不同加载力作用下基托及支持组织所受的应力。方法采用电阻应变测量法测量下颌球帽附着体覆盖义齿的应力,比较使用不同类型球帽附着体时,下颌覆盖义齿的应力变化。结果使用金属球帽附着体比使用塑料球帽附着体牙根表面、义齿基托舌侧正中的应变值小,但后牙区牙槽嵴顶粘膜表面应变值较大。义齿基托舌侧正中应变值大于基托其他部位,此处有明显的应力集中。结论使用金属球帽附着体在一定程度上可以减小牙根受力,塑料球帽附着体对牙槽嵴粘膜更具保护作用。基托舌侧正中应采用相应的加强结构以防止断裂。Objective To investigate the stress distribution in mandibular overdenture with different ball attachment.Methods The stress distribution of mandibular overdenture with different ball attachment was examined by static resistance strain gage and compared.Results The stress of abutment surface,denture base adjacent to the middle of the tongue was smaller with metallic ball attachment than with plastic ball attachment,but the mucosal surface of posterior alveolar crest had larger stress value with metallic ball attachment.The denture base at midline had the greatest stress value with any ball attachment.Conclusion The abutment surface has less stress with use of metallic ball attachment and the plastic ball attachment can protect the mucosal surface of posterior alveolar crest.
