摘 要:目的探讨一种预测青春发育高峰期骨性Ⅲ类女性下颌骨生长量的方法。方法选择青春发育高峰期骨性Ⅲ类女性22名。分别以下颌综合长、下颌体长、下颌升支长为因变量,以颈椎骨龄、下颌生长时间(月)、下颌角(Ar-Go-Me)、SN-MP角、FH-MP角、ANB角、Y轴角、SGo/NMe比值及上颌口外前方牵引时间(月)为自变量,进行多元线性回归分析。结果青春发育高峰期骨性Ⅲ类女性下颌骨综合长的增长量与生长时间成正相关关系,与上颌口外前方牵引时间成负相关关系,其预测方程为:Y=6.246+0.181×X_1-0.275×X_2(R^2=0.783)(Y:Co-Gn增长量,X_1:生长时间,X_2:上颌口外前方牵引时间)。结论青春发育高峰期骨性Ⅲ类女性下颌骨综合长生长量的预测方程可能对该类患者下颌骨生长量的预测提供一定的帮助。Objective To investigate a method for predicting mandibular growth potential in skeletal ClassⅢfemales during adolescent growth spurt after orthodontic treatment.Methods Twenty-two girls who were during adolescent growth spurt were selected.Dependent variables were Co-Gn,Co-Go,Go-Me.Independent variables were growth time, cervical bone age,Ar-Go-Me,SN-MP,SNA,SNB,ANB,Y axis angle,SGo/NMe and maxillary traction time.A formula for predicting mandibular growth potential was determined by stepwise multiple regression analysis.Results The formula to predict the increment of Co-Gn was established.Y=6.246+0.181×X_1-0.275×X_2(R^2=0.783)(Y:increment of Co-Gn, X_1:growth time,X_2:maxillary traction time.Conclusion The formula derived from this study might be useful for predicting mandibular growth potential in skeletal Class IE females during adolescent growth spurt.
