甲状腺相关眼病眼眶组织病理结构与细胞因子的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究甲状腺相关眼病(TAO)眼眶软组织的病理组织学特点及细胞因子的分布。方法:收集2007年～2010年于吉大二院住院患者,经临床表现及CT证实为TAO,并行眼眶减压术或眼外肌手术的患者23例,收集眼眶软组织标本,行HE染色,采用免疫组织化学方法检测组织中IL-4,TNF-α、IFN-γ的表达。结果:脂肪结缔组织间有不同程度免疫细胞和炎性细胞浸润及成纤维细胞增生,浸润细胞大多为淋巴细胞。IL-4,TNF-α和IFN-γ分别在4、12、11例中表达。在细胞外基质中明显。结论:TAO的眼眶脂肪纤维结缔组织增生明显,新生血管形成,细胞因子在其发病过程中起作用。Objective To investigate the histopathology and cytokine study of thyroid associated ophthalmopathy in the orbit tissue.Method Twenty-three TAO cases were collect from 2007 to 2010.Every case was confirmed by clinical symptoms and CT scan,histopathological dignosis and underwent orbital decompression surgery and strabismus surgery,which underwent HE staining and immunohistochemistry.The expression of IL-4,TNF-α,IFN-γ were investigated.Results Immunocyte and inflammation cell were found in the connective tissue.The cells were mainly lymphocyte.Expression of IL-4,TNF-α,IFN-γ were observed in 4,12 and 11 tissues.Conclusion The connective tissue of the orbit tissue are hyperplasia obviously,and angiogenesis appears.The cytokines have some effect on the TAO process.
