摘 要:裂褶菌是一种药食兼用的珍贵食用菌资源,具有广泛的应用前景。为了提高裂褶菌液体培养效率,通过摇瓶培养对裂褶菌(Schizophyllum commune)液体培养的培养基和培养参数进行了筛选和优化。结果表明:适合裂褶菌菌丝生长的培养基配方为可溶性淀粉6%,葡萄糖5.5%,玉米粉4%,小麦粉3%,黄豆粉1%,酵母膏0.6%,蛋白胨0.6%,KH2PO40.1%,MgSO40.05%,VB10.001%;优化培养参数为温度24℃,接种量10%,一级菌种种龄为120h,培养周期为120h。优化后菌丝生物量由起初的2.04g/100mL提高到7.04g/100mL。Schlzopbyllum commune was a kind of food and medicine of the most precious edible fungus resources. Liquid medium and culture condition of Schizophyllum commune were improved. The best liquid medium formulations included 6% soluble starch, 5.5% glucose, 4% corn meal, 3% wheat meal, 1% bean flour, 0.6% yeast extract, 0.6% peptone, 0.1% KH2PO4, 0.05% MgSO4 and 0.001% VBI. The optimal growth temperature was 24℃. The optimal age of liquid strain was 120 h. The optimal cultural time was 120 h. The yield increased from 2.04 g/100 mL to 7.04 g/100 mL after improving culture condition.
